The year was 2023, November to be exact. After seeing other people making "Let's Play" videos, she thought to herself, "I can do that!" So she started her own Twitch channel. Coming up with a name was hard because she wanted something that represented her personality. She thought about it for a while and then it hit her! She combined the phrase "wee bonnie lass" which is a Scottish slag means "little pretty lady" and her Chinese zodiac sign, the rabbit. And thus, WeeBunnyLass was born! But then the next stage was a bit of a challenge, figuring out what to do with her channel. The platform was new to her and she didn't know what to do. She watched other streamers to gather up some ideas. Even spoke with friends who had already started their own channels. One day, she was playing one of her favorite video games and was conversing with her significant other about how she wanted to start a channel. He suggested that she should start with a game that she was already familiar with. So she did! Thus, the first stream was on November 12th, with a playthough of "Fallout 4". She did a couple of streams of the game but was flagged for copyright infringement. She was devastated! But she didn't give up. She later streamed "Sam and Max Save the World" and got some positive feedback. She continued to do streams every Sunday night. But then, health problems started to arise. She would be diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis after about two years of physical therapy, cervical epidural steroid injections, and a lot of pain. She would have to take a break from streaming. She thought the break would be temporary but it turned out to be permanent. It wasn't until after a course project she had done for both web animation and advanced web design, using her Twitch channel as inspiration, that she thought about streaming again. Having the knowledge of how to work around her chronic pain, she decided to give it another try. She would start out with mini streams, which were about 30 - 60 minutes long, keeping in mind her health. She would also do some mini vlogs on TikTok, mostly about her everyday life. She managed to gain a small following. She was happy with the progress she had made. It was a slow start but she was determined to keep going. This time, she would be more aware of her health and would take breaks when needed. She was excited to see where this new journey would take her. She was ready to take on the world of streaming and vlogging. She was ready to be WeeBunnyLass!
